As owner / founder I'll take this opportunity to introduce myself. I grew up in Waconia MN, graduating class of 1991 . I spent 20+ years in the metropolitan area working in the restaurant industry with restaurants like Gluek's, Ichiban and Brits Pub to name a few. During which time I spent my vacation time either fishing or skiing ( water,alpine and x-country). About 15 years ago I took a vacation to visit Minnesota friends that had moved to Alaska. I fell in love . Then about 10 years ago i decided to go to Alaska for the summer... I ended up staying and became a resident of Alaska. While here I've worked fishing charters for Halibut, I've also spent 4 years working on one of the strongest King Salmon rivers in the world as a guide and chef. A short stint on a commercial seiner showed me the hard work that goes into every fish that is caught. During the last 5 years I've worked hard at developing an idea that would bring the best tasting salmon in the world to your home.
